Ok, that's it for now. unless i re-watch it soon and spazz out with squee and glee again. VC from work and I have decided that H50 is our happy place. (and so is glee, kind of. and if H50 ever did a musical ep, i might die a happy happy person. although... Danno did serenade Steve in the car...)

 Little Bowynn has been born almost a week now, and I'm still alive!!! and so is skullycat  !

Kaeda and Brendon came home on Friday, and it was nice to have the family back together. 

tbh, its been a little surreal. Baby Bowynn aka Squeaker (or Squeaky McGee, or Little Bun...  yeah, i've given this kid a whole bunch of nicknames already, but thats what Aunties do!) is SOOOOOOOOOOOO Cute. and Tiny. and cute. I totally want to Elmira her. (if you don't know who Elmira is, you should be ASHAMED of yourself! Tiny Toons Adventures were AWESOME!!) meaning, I totally want to squish her. When I hold her, sometimes i say stuff along the lines of "i want to squish you until your insides come out your ears!!!" - THAT is how cute she is. (don't worry, i wouldn't really.)

I play with Kaeda quite a bit. Right now, Kaeda quite likes it when Auntie Cait is a horse. Yes, i let my Niece ride on my back. That is how whipped I am. These children, i swear. 

But yes, being a Horsie isn't as awesome as it seems. Their house has hardwood floors. B had joked about getting me kneepads, but I asked for them anyway. Seriously, being a horsie isn't easy. especially on hardwood floors. Actually, last night he got them for me, and I put them on, and I was chasing after Kaeda on my hands and knees (be a Horsie Auntie!! Get down! Don't stand up!!) so i put on the kneepads to test them out. so as i round the corner, i notice that we have company. Yes, I got to meet a couple of B's friends while wearing knee pads. Fortunately, they know Kaeda, so seeing a woman in her mid-twenties on all fours chasing an almost 3-yr old? Not really anything to bat an eye at. (I don't think Karen would ever do the things that I would, but she's Mommy - and that is Srs Bsn. Being Auntie, i'm waaaaaaaaay more fun =P )

But yeah... Kaeda has Auntie Cait wrapped around her little finger. And we all know it. 

Hey man, I CHOOSE to be wrapped around that finger of hers! I don't HAVE to be! I could stop if I wanted!!

(omg, last night at dinner i was all, So Kaeda, do you like the Dip Auntie made? {it was guacamole}, and she was all 'yes' and then i was all, Kaeda, do you love Auntie?" and she nodded and said "yes". and then my heart exploded in my chest, because seriously, my heart grows fifty billion times when I hear her say stuff like that.)


ANYWAY.

So I've been making K watch Hawaii Five-0 with me, cuz its my new obsession. OMFG, how much do i heart this show? SO EFFING MUCH!! YOU HONESTLY HAVE NO IDEA.

Steve and Danno? So totally married. They are the MAIN reason I watch this show. them being man-wives is just... the best thing evar. (it doesn't hurt that Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park are both SUPER PRETTY to look at, and are SO EFFING AWESOME as Chin and Kono. Seriously, EVERYONE needs to be watching this show and its awesomeness.)

I love Steve and Danno SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much. They're both super hot and charming, and... *dies*. and seeing Daddy!Danno? makes my ovaries explode, i want his babies SO HARD. (and not, its not just cuz being Auntie with Kaeda and Bowynn makes my maternal clock speed up a little). Daddy!Danno is just... its... sexy and hot and seeing him be all sweet with his daughter and how he loves her SO MUCH (HE FREAKING MOVED FROM JERSEY TO HAWAII JUST TO SPEND THE WEEKEND WITH HER ALL THE TIME. HOW DOES HE EXIST? AND WHY AREN'T WOMEN CRAWLING ALL OVER THEMSELVES TO BE WITH HIM? i mean, yeah, he's with Steve, and they're totally going out and everything, BUT SERIOUSLY, WOMEN OF HAWAII. HOW ARE YOU NOT HAVING MATERNAL ORGASMS LIKE I AM WHEN HE'S WITH GRACIE? HOW???)

and Steve... he's just... such an asshole. like, most of the time. and he's so OBVIOUSLY in love with Danno. Um, hello, HE calls him Danno - a name RESERVED only for Danny's Daughter. 

and their Car Banter? Made of win and awesome and epicness. Seriously, so totally married. 

and Steve? is a totally tall-y. (and you know how i lurve mah tallies!!) and he's an ex-navy seal. so he's kind of a hardass. and he loves violence (well... he  likes torturing criminals, and dangling them off rooftops and throwing them in shark cages to get them to talk. SERIOUSLY, THIS MAN IS AMAZING AND I LOVE HIM). 

ok ok... i need to stop. this show, though, everyone, EVERYONE needs to watch it. and not just cuz Danno and Steve being married is awesome. Jin is on my tv again, which makes me all kinds of happy. (and his new name is CHIN!! HEE!!) and he's just... he RIDES A MOTORCYCLE, GUYS. and its HOT. (because Chin is HOT). and he's totally bad ass. and has a chip on his shoulder. and is just... like... so awesome. I cannot even. he's... guh. like, this show, its just full of the eye-candy. 

And Grace Park? Is AWESOME TOO. and i totes wanna watch BSG again (even tho i only own the first season). she's bad ass, and cute, and looks hot in her bikinis, and one day when I grow up, i want to be as badass as her. for seriously. (you guys, the first time we meet her, she PUNCHES A GUY IN THE FACE cuz he crashed into her while she was surfing. IT WAS AWESOME!!!)

in conclusion, expect to hear more about me loving Five-0. and all its awesomeness.

and how much i love my Mormon Family. because they're pretty awesome too.

I am somewhat obsessed with Misfits. I can't help it. I love it soooooooooooo much. I can't wait for series 2 to start!!!! i want it noooooooooow!!!

but yeah. Misfits is AWESOME. kinda like Breakfast Club meets Heroes meets... something else maybe? (Skins? i've never seen it, but the comparison is always Skins meets Heroes). Even though they're all kind of criminals. But Curtis is definitely the Athlete, Alisha is the Princess, Simon is the Brain, but i guess Nathan would be the Basket Case and Kelly would be the Criminal (just because she's tougher than Nathan. Nathan would be the Jerk, or the Loud Mouth, if there were such a caste. Alison wasn't loud, she was just crazy. but i guess that kind of applies to Nathan too).

And i suppose that if Misfits is going to be my new thing, I'll have to be prepared to let go of my fave characters, as the Brits like to change things up every once in a while.

(Also? I'd like to point out that I don't hate Matt Smith as the new doc. I wasn't sure about him before, but I realize now why i don't want to watch the new series of Who. Its because i don't really have anyone to watch it with. Who was fun, and funny, and heartwrenching and great, but I watched it with kepp0xy , and THAT'S part of the reason why i loved it so much. and now she's not here, and i just... don't have the desire. I'm sure Matt Smith does a GREAT job as 11, but... i dunno. I miss having a person to watch it with and squee about it, and cry and go on and on throughout the night about it with. {i'm sure that sentence was grammatically incorrect, but i don't care} so I'm not trying to be a hater, but, without my Who Buddy, i just don't want to watch it.)

Its been a while. Today there's a couple things happening.

Criminal Minds and CSI:NY are premiering tonight!! (YAY!!!)

Sadly, i won't be watching them. I'll be taping them. Since its GLEE night, and I watch that with my friend Sarah at her place.

also? My mormon husband is coming over tonight. brendon is back on the mainland (instead of the island), and he'll be crashing at my place again. He did it last week for a couple nights. My sister and I are incredibly messy, but we have a futon and our place is free, so he doesn't really care.  So tonight he and i will be watching Glee at Sarah's, since he wants to spend time with me, and this is a standing date between Sarah and I.

I'm not really into sitcoms. i mean, i think the last one i watched was Friends, and i didn't even watch all the seasons.

BUT OMG. WHY HAVE I NOT WATCHED IT BEFORE? ITS AWESOME.

i suck at life, maybe?

you know what it is? I blame kepp0xy and skullycat for this, actually. My life has been taken over by Merlin (which keppy introduced me to, the bloody enabler!!!) and Sims 2 (which Karen encourages!!).

My life is this: i wake up, go to work, do whatever, go home, and then if i have nothing exciting/planned (like go to Dad's for dinners on mondays), i'm either playing sims, or doing fandom stuff.

My Sims family is awesome. Delilah and Jax both have family aspirations. Delilah wants 6 grandkids, and Jax wants 6 kids. So far they have... 4 kids. Jackson is their eldest. He's just finished college, and just recently married his college sweetheart Viola. Then there's Tristan, who's just turned into a teen, with Olivia, Jax's roommate's daughter. They're off to college soon (and i'm going to marry them off to each other). Ava is still a child and will be for another few days or so. Benny is a newborn. So I just need 2 more kids to make Jax's life aspiration complete. I figure I might use the twin cheat just to get it over with.

Jackson's got a knowledge aspiration, and wants to be at the top of the Education career. So I'm working on that. I might make him a werewolf, since he wants to be one. Viola, his wife, wants to max out her skill points. Tristan wants the same, so I have to work on that too. I'll get Viola preggars soon, just so I can start step 2 of Delilah's aspiration. (The first step was having the kids so that they can make grandkids for her).  I can't remember what Oliva wants, but thats ok. I'll work on her when I work on Tristan. So i'm sending them off to college soon, probably the next time I play. Hopefully that'll be soon.


Merlin has taken over my brain. And right now, I'm totally obsessed with Merlin and Morgana. And i've totally become a Katie McGrath Fangirl. She's hilarious. I blame all of this on Kelly, who merely encourages me. I swear, Merlin is eating my brain, and I want Series 2 to start NOW. And I want Series 1 to be available in Canada YESTERDAY. If you haven't seen Merlin, you should. Its awesome, and its a different take on the Arthurian Legend.
I watched King Arthur on Saturday - the one with Clive Owen, and its awesome. Also, a different take on the Arthurian Legend. Also? Joel Edgerton, who plays Gawain, is probably one of the most beautiful men I've ever seen. I don't know what it is about him, but the first time I ever saw the movie, I swear he stole my breath away. But that's also a good movie, so everyone should watch that as well.

Anyway, that's about it. Haven't seen people in a while, besides Karen, and i can't really escape her, even if she IS a rapist and totally violated me last week. Last week? Whenever it was that I went out with Drew and Karen. But that's ok, i changed my WoW password, so she can't do anything to my account anymore. BWA AHAHAHAHA. THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR VIOLATING ME, WENCH. for some reason, she's still my bff and whatever. Hopefully on Wednesday she and Kaeda are coming by the office so my co-workers can meet Kaeda, and then we'll go for lunch. \O/ that's one bright spot in my week.

Also, this weekend me, my sis and my dad are headed to Seattle to check out the Lucy Exhibit going on - she's one of the early hominid remains that's the most complete to date - 42% to be in fact. So that'll be cool. It means waking up early on a Saturday morning, but it'll be worth it.

Keppy, you and I have to get together soon. We have much fangirling to do.

So last night, I dragged skullycat out to have dinner with me. Fought with her tooth and nail, i did.

Ok, so not really.

But we did go out to Charthouse, just her and I. It was nice and lovely, and we had a very nice server. We say really weird things when we're together (and when we're not together, but a lot of weird shit comes out of our mouths especially when we ARE together) and apparently some woman at a table close by was staring at us.

we had cheesecake for dessert and it was yummy and she ruined the cake because she knows it upsets me. She's a bitch. what can i say? (besides that i love her and oh god, she's going to make us mormons or something and i'll be living in the basement of her and Bee's place in Australia and Kaeda's going to have a weird life with Mommy and Daddy and Auntie Cait - IN THE BASEMENT - with some possible half-siblings even though I'm technically supposed to be with Steve in the future) Aren't rambling run-on sentences fun?

Yes, I'm making no sense, but i've just finished my... 4th? cup of coffee so i'm a little wired.

OMG.

ok, the reason i chose the icon for this post.

So i went to Karen's place to pick her up for dinner, and I hung out with Kaeda as karen and Bee made dinner. So me and Kaeds are hanging out on the stairs, and we're both sitting there, chilling, when she hugs me. completely out of the blue, um-prompted hug.

So, of course my tiny little heart grew twice its size.

My little baby niece hugged me!! It was so cute and she's so cute and I just felt kinda loved and special. I know that I'm not a complete stranger anymore (we do scrunchie face all the time together) but still.

then, as I squeed to her parents about how she hugged me, they asked if she gave me a kiss as well? So i said no, and they told me to do the kissy noise and maybe she'd give me a kiss too. So i go back and i do the 'kiss kiss' thing and lo and behold, i got a kiss too.

So then i felt doubly loved.

I tells ya, that kid is so darn cute.

So after dinner we went back to karen's place and hung out a bit, i gave Bee and Karen back massages, then hung out with Karen a little bit more until Karen decided to put Kaeda to bed. That's when I went home.

All in all, yesterday was pretty not bad. Talked to kepp0xy via emails and we squeed about Merlin. SHE IS AN ENABLER, I TELL YOU.

So... gotta 'hot' date tonight with skullycat . She's taking me to the Blue Canoe. We'll go to Italian Tomato some other time - maybe next week while I'm off work?

So... i was sad that PD wasn't on last night - stupid music awards. it was okay though. Watched a couple scenes from Knight Rider (cuz that show is so bad that its awesome!!) and watched Bones.

It seems like so much has happened since last week!

Ok, not really.

Halloween was good - spent time with  skullycat and Kaeda, AND my Future Husband. Karen bribed me with food and movies, kinda. she promised me that I could make her watch Iron Man. Hee. BUT there was a catch of sorts. She kept making me drink wine - like she was going to get me drunk and seduce me. With candy. And i'm easy like that. Before dinner we both had 2 glasses of wine - Pink Zifen...blah or something. It was good. It's wine that I can actually drink.

Partway through Iron Man we took Kaeda out in her snake/lizard costume - SO CUTE!! She moves pretty fast for... gosh, she's 10 months old today. Anyhoo, we took her around the court, saw Christina and a few of their neighbours, and went back home. By this time everyone was home and we finished the movie with they boys (Steve and Bee). After Iron Man, we watched the Goonies because for some odd reason, the Rodden kids hadn't seen it yet. During that movie, Christina came over, and Karen and Bee put the baby to bed. And Steve forced a third glass of wine upon me - ALL the glasses i had were pretty full, and the glasses were bigger than i had expected. Those Roddens are so manipulative. oh well.

Also during the movie, there was talk of me and Steve and getting married, and how Christina is my competition (to which I just scoff.) and then Karen said something about me marrying Antony. But really,  skullycat , that makes no sense. If Me and Antony got married, he STILL wouldn't be related to you. so really, either YOU or Steve have to marry him. Then we can ALL be related.  She also said something about babymaking, but I have to focus on my Career before kids. We need money before we can take care of a baby, sweetie. And since I'm getting a new car this week...

Oh yeah. I'm getting a new car. I'm trading my Faithful Ben in. As much as I love Ben, I need a more grown-up car for my (apparently) more grown up life. Its going to have 4 doors, and power-everything, and Heated Seats!! Oh my!

I'm looking forward to it. I've got my new insurance rolling - I have Every other fridays off (starting this week) so me and Dad are going to do the insurance stuff on Friday, and pick up the new car Saturday.
