So I had a crazy dream last night/this morning.

It was totally post-apocalypse. Me, Steve, Karen, Bee, Vikki, and one of two of Karen's "friends" (i seriously don't know who they were, but they were with Karen) were... in my dad's kitchen. Except in my dream, it was way bigger. And, like i said, very post-apocalypse. It looked like there had been a fire, and maybe even possibly bombs.

Anyway. I remember distinctly there was a tv, and BSG was always playing. Vikki was always at the computer(s?) trying to get telecommunications up and/or running, and the rest of us were trying to figure out if we were cylons or not.

Yeah, we didn't know if we were robots, or if we were good cylons or if we were going to kill everyone. I think we were pretty calm about it though. We weren't freaking out or anything.

I don't really remember what happened. We didn't really leave the kitchen, but I know that I had just come back from somewhere, and that we might have been planning some kind of mission. It was weird. But kind of awesome.




NCIS wasn't on. Well, it was, but it was a repeat. so was fringe. the sister and I were not happy. But i did watch House.

But yes. I enjoyed House last night.

HAHAHAH. Oh man. I totally forgot that I didn't post all the thoughts in my head about last week's House. I'll do that really quick right now.

It seems like so much has happened since last week!

Ok, not really.

Halloween was good - spent time with  skullycat and Kaeda, AND my Future Husband. Karen bribed me with food and movies, kinda. she promised me that I could make her watch Iron Man. Hee. BUT there was a catch of sorts. She kept making me drink wine - like she was going to get me drunk and seduce me. With candy. And i'm easy like that. Before dinner we both had 2 glasses of wine - Pink Zifen...blah or something. It was good. It's wine that I can actually drink.

Partway through Iron Man we took Kaeda out in her snake/lizard costume - SO CUTE!! She moves pretty fast for... gosh, she's 10 months old today. Anyhoo, we took her around the court, saw Christina and a few of their neighbours, and went back home. By this time everyone was home and we finished the movie with they boys (Steve and Bee). After Iron Man, we watched the Goonies because for some odd reason, the Rodden kids hadn't seen it yet. During that movie, Christina came over, and Karen and Bee put the baby to bed. And Steve forced a third glass of wine upon me - ALL the glasses i had were pretty full, and the glasses were bigger than i had expected. Those Roddens are so manipulative. oh well.

Also during the movie, there was talk of me and Steve and getting married, and how Christina is my competition (to which I just scoff.) and then Karen said something about me marrying Antony. But really,  skullycat , that makes no sense. If Me and Antony got married, he STILL wouldn't be related to you. so really, either YOU or Steve have to marry him. Then we can ALL be related.  She also said something about babymaking, but I have to focus on my Career before kids. We need money before we can take care of a baby, sweetie. And since I'm getting a new car this week...

Oh yeah. I'm getting a new car. I'm trading my Faithful Ben in. As much as I love Ben, I need a more grown-up car for my (apparently) more grown up life. Its going to have 4 doors, and power-everything, and Heated Seats!! Oh my!

I'm looking forward to it. I've got my new insurance rolling - I have Every other fridays off (starting this week) so me and Dad are going to do the insurance stuff on Friday, and pick up the new car Saturday.

OMFG. HOUSE. I CANNOT FRICKIN WAIT. THE AUSSIE PROMO. OH GOD. JUST... OH GOD.

I MAY NEED A COLD SHOWER.

SO. anyways. yesterday after work (and after feeding the Kitties wet food as it was their birthday) i went to see aluminiumdonut and buy things from her. I picked up Miss Pettigrew, and debated on Speed Racer (it was $16.99) when Donut told me they were 2 for $20.

HOW COULD I RESIST???

so i bought both. Donut and I made plans to have pie and watch Speed Racer on Wednesday, as she has not seen the awesomeness of it yet.

I also saw Cal, which was nice. He's so funny.

But then it was dinner time at Daddy's. MMMMMMMM Tuna Caserole. so yummeh. He always makes the most delicious things. (Usually we have salted salmon, but i guess he doesn't have anymore.) Still, the macaroni was so good. Then I played Zelda: Twilight Princess and got pretty far since I found out how to do things. I've almost rescued the boy and monkey! YAY!! But then it was tv time, and that's more important than Wii.

Oh Chuck. I still love you. You are the most adorable-est person in the world. or something.

Then we went home, as the sister and I were kinda tired. We watched a couple episodes of Due South (Paul Gross is HOT. like, HOTTTT.) and then went to bed.

But i re-affirmed my plans with kepp0xy on Friday before that. We're totally watching Miss Pettigrew, because Lee Pace rocks our socks, and its cute, and omg Lee pace.

Speaking of OMG, I'm excited for House Tonight. EEEEEEE!

However, I'm going to a spa Cafe thing first, methinks. So I'll tape it and stuff. Tonight is good tv night, but I'll get the sis to tape other things too. It'll be nice to hang out with Chapters ppl again.

I think that's it. I think this weekend me and Dad (and Maren?) will finish Iron Man. He missed out on the last half when we watched it in Midway because of golf. so that'll be good.

OMG. 

TV THIS WEEK WAS AMAZING!!! SO MUCH LOVE FOR TV RIGHT NOW!!

Today is Pie Day, and tonight Dianne and I are DEFINITELY going to the awesome pie place. 

On monday i had my Chapters Staff XMas party (we went to the Buffett at the Casino) and I WON A HUGE CHOCOLATE BASKET THAT LOOKS ALL SORTS OF AMAZING BUT I HAVE NOT TOUCHED IT YET!!! I WANT TO SHARE THE DELICIOUSNESS WITH OTHERS... for now. Just a little. Because really? its chocolate. And i'm a chocolate whore. =D
AND I WON $18.22 AT THE CASINO!!! VIA SLOTS!! !!!!!!!! (its the second time i've gambled at the casino, so i'm pretty happy.)

Yesterday I was supposed to go to Stitch, but I hung out with Vikki instead since i haven't seen her in ages. AGES!!! so we had dinner then went to Drew's to watch the Hockey game with the guys. then i watched them play Call of Duty. Then it was home time (and i watched House and Glee'd like a big Glee-y fangirl!!)

so that is the life update as of now. 

Tonight is PD, Criminal Minds, CSI:NY and Private Practice. Yays!!!!

 Normally, i would do my whole "love letter to Lisa" right about now, as its the day after House and I was working but i stayed up to watch it and yeah. But i have limited time right now. I might have to do that later tonight. 

BUT MY GOD! WOMAN! HOW ARE YOU SO AMAZING? NO SERIOUSLY? *dies*

omfg. she's amazing. i love her. i want her babies. or she can have mine. whichever works. but i'll have to continue this later. just know that she totally rocks my world, and this is no exception. 

THIS EPISODE TOTALLY KICKS LAST WEEKS EPISODE ASS!!!

there was way more cuddy in it, and lots of House/Wilson friendship. seriously awesome.

So... this is how easy i am. 

Last night i was at work. Darlene was managering. Somehow we got on the topic of tv shows, and i'm all, I LOVE HUGH LAURIE!!

and she was all, 'when did this happen?'

and i told her 'in the last month or so. no, thats a lie. i've always liked house, but right now i'm obsessed with it.' 

so she gets that smile on her face and she tells me to hold on a sec and she trots off, and comes back with The House that Hugh Laurie Built - a Biography.

And because i'm THAT easy, i bought it. 

Seriously, she loves it when i work with her and she knows about a current thing i'm obsessed with, cuz i always (usually) end up buying something that she suggests that has something to do with it.

(I bought i giant Hairspray book that she was all, oh, take it out of the wrap and take a look. but i just waved her off and told her i'd just buy it.)

Apparently it has a little snippets on the other actors too, so i'm excited to read Lisa's, because i LOVE her. she is just too adorable. Oh god. If her and Torri were ever in the same room together and i was there, i'd probably explode from cute. and love. and happy. or something.  gah! i can't even think about it! my brain can't function it would be that awesome!

but yes. i just thought i'd share that little tid bit. i don't know why. 

no seriously, i'm that easy. if i'm all OMG I LOVE *INSERT PERSON/TV SHOW/FANDOM/SHIP HERE* and someone's all, oh, i think they were mentioned in this book/magazine/whatever, i will most likely buy it. This happens at work a lot. I get 30% off. Its a good deal. I bought the Atlantis novels ages ago and i haven't read them yet. I don't know if i'll like them, but i bought them because it was THEM on the COVER. 

hee. i can't wait to read my new book!
