So,phrenitis, here you go...
1) Elizabeth and John (aka Sparky) ~ {Atlantis} ~ Ok. The Chemistry between them is just awesome. When i first started watching Stargate Atlantis i was all, ho-hum whatever, about it. I didn't pay that much attention. But then i came up to The Storm and The Eye, and it was like BAM! in your face. It opened my eyes to what was in front of me all along (cuz when i finished the season, i went back to watch the first couple of episodes and berated myself for being so blind.) Seasons 2 and 3 have only made it better. Seriously. These two have so much chemistry, and everything they say to one another is filled with double meanings and sexual innuendo (at least, thats what![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
strangest and i have found.) And they care about each other so much on more than just a professional level. I could go on and on about them. I really could. I <3 them so much.
2a) Booth and Brennan ~ {Bones} ~ Ok. You might see a pattern with me. It's all about Chemistry. Some ppl have it, and some ppl don't. Booth/Brennan have it in spades and then some. He loves her, and he knows that he does. She probably has no idea that he loves her, or that she loves him. But they do love each other. (hello? should i mention Two Bodies in the Lab or The Man in the Morgue? Or any other S1 and S2 episodes thus far?)
2b) Matt/Emily ~ {Standoff} ~ OMG!! a show that is about a couple who work together! THAT WORKS!!!!! ASKDFLSAKDF;LSFDJ! Yeah. Standoff pretty much breaks my CAPSLOCK GLEE with every episode. Matt and Emily are so cute together. and Hot. They are what a couple should be. They love each other, and they have problems. but they deal. AND they work together. which is awesome. but still. If you are not watching Standoff, you should. Right now. I mean it. You'll see what i mean. They're awesome. *GLEES*
3)Morgan/Garcia ~ {Criminal Minds} ~ ok, i don't have an icon for them because they're rarely in scenes together physically. But they talk on the phone, and its so adorable that i die. If i don't get some sort of Morgan/Garcia interaction in an episode, it feels off. They blatantly flirt with each other, which is awesome cuz he's this amazingly hot black fbi guy (who's specialty is kicking down doors), and she's this plump blonde computer tech. And their love is just so... *guh* i love it. He calls her "baby" and "doll face" and he even called her "a goddess" once (and i totally squee'd) and she totally loves him. and they love each other. One time he almost died, and she almost thought he did die, so she called his cell and was so worried and was all, please pick up. please pick up please pick up, and then he does and she's crying cuz she's so relieved and she's all, we saw the explosion on tv. are you ok? and he's all, yeah i'm fine. don't think you're gonna get rid of me that easily.
then theres a little bit more talk and he calls her baby girl. and omg. that scene killed me. Cuz SHE WAS CRYING SHE WAS SO RELIEVED THAT HE WASN'T DEAD, AND HE WAS REASSURING HER THAT HE WAS ALIVE AND HE WAS SMILING CUZ HE LOVES HER.
and sometimes he first names her. which is hot. and love. you know it!
4a) Jack/Angela ~ {Bones} ~ They're so cute and fluffy. I can't help it. I'm a sucker for them. Seriously. SO CUTE. i have no other words. He worships her. Truly worships her and adores her and he would never ever hurt her. And she likes him. She *gets* him. they're just so... cute.
4b) Michael/Sara ~ {Prison Break} ~ First she was a means to an end, but then he fell for her HARD and HE TOTALLY KISSED HER IN THE INFIRMARY WHICH WAS TOTALLY HOT and then they met up again and then she walked away but she was going to go back to him but then she got captured by this other dude but she got away from him and then he talked to her through tv and hidden messages and she loves him. the end.
5) Jarod/Miss Parker ~ {The Pretender} ~ ok. the show is over. but i don't think i'll ever stop loving them. The whole childhood sweethearts thing gets to me. But then she went away and turned into a bitch and he ran away cuz he didn't want to be a puppet anymore but then they crossed paths cuz they are destiny's bitch and they are meant to be dammit! (and Baby Parker is so totally their child!) but yes. She pretends to hate him, but then they talk on the phone and its all personal and intimate and its like their friends again, almost. And he loves her. He'll never love anyone as much as her. He knows it. He would never keep anything from her. And if she knew anything, i think she'd tell him. Esp. now. (and i hope with all my being that they finally make a third movie to resolve everything.)
Ok. i kind of cheated. But whatever. I can't help it. i'm a shipper whore, and i'm damn proud! there is nothing i don't watch that i don't have a ship for.

phrenitis, here you go...1. A "new apartment" fixer-upper you're dying to make? Hmmm... this one has me completely stumped. That's kinda sad, isn't it? But right now, i'm so enamored of my new place i can't think of any fixer-uppers. it's kind of perfect. Although, having a 3 bedroom place would have been ideal since then the kitten would have a room that would be shared as the guest room on the rare occasion. but yeah. i can't think of anything. @.@ (i'm bad at this game already!!!!)
2. Death is not an option... Bones, Atlantis or Standoff? Did you really have to be this mean? seriously? ok, fine. um.... as of this moment right now, i'd have to go with.... Atlantis. Now, this could change at a later date when Season 4 starts, or when the next Bones episode is on, or when Standoff finally comes back. But right now Atlantis is my #1 fandom. It has been for a while. I'm not saying that i love Bones or Standoff any less than i did, but Atlantis wins hands down because of Elizabeth/Torri John/Joe John/Joe's Hair Torri's Hair Rodney/David Joe/Torri love ... just because. I still love Bones (and David/Emily) and Standoff (omg Matt/Emily forevar!!! and HE TOTALLY LOVES HER SO MUCH AND THEY ALMOST SAID IT BUT THEN SHE GOT SCARED AND HE LOOKED HURT BUT THEN HE LET IT GO CUZ HE LOVES HER SO DAMN MUCH THAT I LOVE THEM AND I WANT TO DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE FROM GLEEEEEEEEEEEFULLNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111)
3. A food group you can't live without? Dairy. I'm a milk-o-holic. And a Choco-holic (but really? who isn't?). I could not live without Dairy. Well, food in general (and no, i don't mean that in the literal sense. i just love to eat.) but i could possibly perish without dairy of any kind, esp. milk.
4. Something you'd say to Torri if you met her? You mean besides, *Squeak*? or "OMGILOVEYOUPLEASEHAVEMYBABIEZ!!!!!111!!" Um, if i could, i would try and say (coherently) something about how she is an amazing person both on and off screen and that i adore and respect everything about her so much. I would probably leave out the part where she is #2 on my 'If I Was a Lesbian List'. And how i totally want to have her babies.
5. A goal for the month, a goal for five years from now? For the month... well... i guess i have many goals this month. Try and move everything out of my parents house by the end of the month. SAVE MONEY (in general, but mostly for Comicon). Buy presents for the gazillion ppl who have birthdays this month. BE A GOOD ROOMMATE TO MY SISTER.
Five years from now... Have mortgage paid off. Either be in school or already be a massage therapist. Visit or already have visited Australia (and my Aussie non-blood related Sister). You asked for 'a' goal. i gave many. is that bad?

Date: 2007-02-05 06:29 am (UTC)2. If she came up to compliment me, I'd probably choke on my own air, keel over and die. But let's say she was all, "excuse me, I think your chair is on my coat"... THEN I'd be like, "oh I'm so sorry, lovely coat, and by the way, I think you have an amazing screen presence and a wonderful eye for character, best of luck, can't wait to see what you pursue next." And then I'd keel over and die.
3. I think I have to go with the final moment in 1x11 where she wants him to say "I love you" and he wants her to say it, but both of them are too scared or unsure or willing to take the leap first and end up hurting themselves. I love moments of vulnerability where it all goes to hell.
4. Hmm. Probably "At The Horizon" because there's a fragility to the whole fic that I really like and haven't been able to achieve again since.
5. When I'm older, I would love to play Emilia from Shakespeare's "Othello" because god, she's so blinded and jaded by love (modern day take is that she's in an abusive relationship) and that's a side of a person I hope never to experience, but one that would be challenging to explore as an actor.
But I'm a big believer in characters that resonate, that have depth and insecurities and faults and strengths that are unusual. I would love to play a character with a past, with vulnerabilities... and put her in a situation that throws her and puts her off-balance. I think people find themselves when they're scared and unsure, and it offers a lot of options as an actor. Plus, if you add a hot male co-star, I could totally stir the 'shipping pot. ;P
