hee! a few days late, but...

I was thinking about doing this last night, but then i didn't. I got distracted. kinda. i was going to post this post last night, but then i went out without really finishing it, and by the time we got home, we had to get ready for my b-day dinner. so then technically, i was going to do this two nights ago, but i was tired. but yeah...

well, ok, my family was there, and so were Ivan and Angela and Jake, but this so totally could have been a me and Shar non-date.

and the movie?

WAS AWESOME!!!

but i'm biased as i love dance-y movies. Dirty Dancing, Strictly Ballroom, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights...

ok, so that last one isn't the greatest ever, but its about dancing, and Patrick Swayze was  in it for at least 2 seconds. (he wasn't Johnny Castle or anything, but still, he was there, and that's what matters. *nods*)

But yes, I must own Take the Lead. i might even go see it again in the theater.

I've wanted to take ballroom lessons for some time now, but i don't have the time, money, or a partner. One of these days, though. *hopeful sigh*

AND! and, my name was in the movie! there was a girl with my name in the movie!! SEE!! it's FATE i tells you! FATE!!!!

and she's right, the me in the movie. Ballroom dancing can be like its like sex on hardwood. its hot. Any guy who knows how to dance is pretty hot.

anyway... yeah. just wanted to post that.
