Had an interview this morning for a reception position at a place near my house. I think it went pretty well. My resume got pushed ahead because I applied for a different position earlier, but I wasn't qualified enough. However, the lady who was interviewing me suggested I try out for the Receptionist position and forwarded my resume to the man in charge of that.

He was really nice and he said he wanted to interview a few more people, but he'd get back to me. So here's hoping.

Even if I don't get that job, i have a couple of backups waiting in the wings, as it were.

Right now i'm currently planning a get together for my current job (the one that i'm losing) just so everyone has a chance to say good-bye, and catch up, and all that good stuff. I'm inviting some people who left the company earlier, just because I like everyone. And like i said, its a chance to say goodbye. So I'm busy trying to do that. (right now, i'm hoping for next wednesday so one of my good friends can make it. I don't think that's cheating.)

I"m also on a fangirl high!! because seriously? cannot get over the awesomeness that is Doctor Who. (kepp0xy and thesamerain will probably be avid cheerleaders for that!!! DUDES!!! SERIOUSLY. HANDS. HOLDING. ALL. THE. FREAKIN. TIME. i just don't have the words to properly convey how happy that makes me.)

Also? Comic con is super soon!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! and seriously? TWILIGHT? OMG. DUDE. HOT PPL ARE GOING TO BE THERE. I AM VERY EXCITED.

ALSO. FRIENDS ARE GOING TO BE THERE. MORE EXCITED TO SEE THEM. BECAUSE REALLY? THEY ARE TOO AWESOME!!!

but now i'm tired and full and should work, since this is basically a half day for me and i've slacked off enough. (re: arrived to work around 11am. went to lunch with sis at 12pm-ish. got back a few mins ago. should work.)

I am... quite content.

I hafta go to my friend's hiphop performance on one of those two nights, but im not sure which one yet, unless you're vaguely interested in going to that as well, in which case it doesn't matter (the only reason I'm delaying choosing a night is coz I wanna go when other people are going, but if you want to come, then that's not a concern!) if not, can I get back to you in a couple of days? the 27&28 are so far away though! HOW CAN YOU STAND IT? *addict* hehe

She was pushy, so I've said I'll go on the friday, it starts at 7:30 and goes til 10, i think. At the Norman Rothstein Theatre on Oak (never heard of it haha). No stress if you don't want to go, I'm a little oblidged though. If you wanna come over on the Saturday to watch, I work until 10:30ish, so we could do that... Tim-Ho's meet up thing again ;D It's totes up to you, yo. We can also talk it over more Thursday, in case you suddenly decide DW sux (BLASPHEMY!)

ya know, i saw that icon a few days before I intro'd you to the show, and then after you left, I was like "i ought to find that icon for Cait again! I bet she'd love it" AND THEN YOU FOUND IT. It is love, rather. Very nicely composed teehee ♥
