So... yesterday was probably one of the best nights of my life. EVER.

Originally, i was supposed to hang out with Richard some time he got off work and whatever. But

rocksalted called at about 10 to noon and was all, me and the Sanctuary girls are having lunch at Dave's. You should come.

and so i did. The food was good, the company was better. There was much fangirlish crazy talk (as there always is when hanging out with the Sanctuary Girls *g*), and after lunch they went to check out Bridge Studios. I didn't go because my family and I were going to celebrate my mom's b-day (which was on thursday) and were going out to dinner that night. But the SG were all, you ARE coming to the Dinner/Mini-Con tonight with Damian, RIGHT?? and I said that yes, i was, but i'd probably be late as i had the birthday dinner to go to.

So after lunch, the SG went off to bridge and me and Vix went to... well, we were going to meet up at the mall, as i had gift wrappings to buy, and she wanted a camera.

So after going to Chapters and getting my supplies (yay for work discounts!!!!!) i met up with vix at the mall where she bought a digital SLR. then we shopped here and there, then it was time to go. And i was almost late for dinner, but we were all good.

The Boathouse was yummy, and we all ate relatively fast (no one had starters) and i was quite pleased, as I had another engagement. After dinner we had Diplomat cake (which is, in all seriousness, the best cake ever made!!!), Mom opened her presents, and then we were off, as I had to go.

Getting there was a nightmare as the street i had to go down to get to the dinner was closed off and i got lost-ish and i was unhappy.

BUT i did make it to the dinner!!!!

AND OMG!!!!!!

First off, I sat with Emilie Ullerup (Ashley)!!!!!!!! Which was awesome as she showed up as a surprise!!! and Ok, she's pretty on screen, but even PRETTIER in real life. And she's so nice and fun and omg, i sat with her!!! She told us that she was going to be in a new CBC show, so i'll have to watch that when it comes out. And we talked about Richmond and Steveston, and i told her about Salmon Festival. HEE!!! (i really hope i get to go this year!!!!!!!)

Then after a bit, Emilie and Damian Kindler swapped seats so they could sit with everyone!!!! and OMG i sat with Damian!!!! He is just so.... awesome. He really appreciates the support and he loves his show and omg, he's fantastic. And he did a great Ben Browder impression. Seriously hilarious.

has anyone out there heard of I-Meem, or something close to that? I might have to get an account, because sanctuary might have a thing set up there later on at some point. (way to be not vague at all, Tater...) And he said that it wouldn't be just for Sanctuary fans, but Stargate and all of sci-fi pretty much.

HE'S GOING TO SAN DIEGO!!!!!!!!!!!!! hee!!! seriously, if i was excited about going before, i'm ECSTATIC NOW!!!!!!! we joked about how he'd have to take me and Vikki to lunch because the Sanctuary Fans were buying him dinner or whatever. but yes. OMG San Diego just keeps looking better and better.

but yes. Everyone is so awesome. When it was time to leave,

rocksalted got Damian and Emilie to sign her laptop (yes, you heard me, her laptop!!!) and I had my journal that i was putting some of my Fandom bits into, so i got them to Sign that as well (and omg i was all, i'm burning toast happy' because i swear i could have had a seizure i was so happy.

It was like Gatecon all over again, where i was doing that whole, hyperventilating, vibrating where i stood, couldn't form a coherent sentence, squeaky happiness. And everyone around me was kind of laughing cuz i'm a dork and omg, my Book of Awesome has siggy's in it now.

Side Note: Damian asked what he should write, and i was all, OMG YOU COULD WRITE 'YOU SUCK' AND IT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

so he wrote "You do not even slightly suck"

and i had a heartattack and died.

But then I revived and Emilie wrote that she'd have to visit Richmond, i sold it for her, and she appreciated our support.

and i died once more.

But yes. To reiterate, Damian and Emilie were awesome, and i love them, and omg, i was seriously Burning Toast Happy!

Seriously, one of the best nights of my life.
